There are several older aftermarket aluminum intakes with the oil fill tube. I just picked up an Edelbrock C4B which is very similar to the factory corvette 4bbl intake. The only catch to the C4B is rear runner clearance to the distributor. HEI will likely not clear without the help of a grinder but I like the looks of a stock dizzy anyway.
You should not have to pay more than $50 for the C4B on ebay.
If you run across the C3B it will work fine. It was intended for the big 3bbl Holley and has a notch to clear its one piece secondary plate.
