I was once told the truck 6's have a different oil pan than the cars. The truck's are slimmer up front to clear the suspension cross member, and deeper in the back.

I don't know if it is true. But at worst it only means you have to swap the oil pan you already have.

Other than that, engien mounts are tranny mounts are the same. As others have already said, accessory mounts may be different, but then you already have a set of those too.
