Oh, there it is! Must have been distracted checking out the filler pipe. I seen the other hoses, tee, and filters and it looked like it all looped back to the neck....
On a lighter note, faster filling might not be the issue it once was. Around here anyways it seems the pumps run slower the higher the price goes.
