for how to get a title on the 62.

I would title the vehicle close to the year that it looks, If you get pulled over, and it looks like a73-87, but has a 62 title you might have to take alot of time explaining what is going on.
Call your local dmv, and raise this same question,it might be as simple as reasining a number.
