The wiring supplied w/the hitch was meant for 67-72's, so it's just a plug-in deal there. My 74 doesn't have the same chassis-to-bed wiring plug which is where the parking-light wiring has me confused.

My thought was to wire the park lights to the trailers tail/stop wire. The only lights that would work when the brakes are applied would be the ones w/dual elements right? The only lights that I know that have dual elements are the tail/stop lights on the trailer; everything else I would think has single elements.

The more I think about.... the more confusing it is.
