Rough guess and I am not trying to hurt anyone's feelings, but $2k ish, worth more in parts maybe. I sold a 72 zero rust, ac, highlander, etc, etc no tilt and a 350 for $2k and it took me 2-3 months and I had to drop the price repeatedly.
