I used a company(no longer around) that was in the Vadnais Heights area of MN that used this process to strip entire car/truck bodies. I had it done to a 65 Impalla trunk lid. Man was that thing CLEAN. It looked like brand new metal inside and out. They did warn you about potmetal and aluminum. If there were any left on or in the car it would ruin the solution tanks and it would cost you some bucks.

For a body off restoration i would use something like this in a flash if there was somebody around.
