Assuming you have a small block V8, yes there are aftermarket setups made to order. There is a Dynomax system sold by Jegs, PN 289-89004 for headers ($101.99) or PN 289-89003 ($116.99) for manifolds. These don't include mufflers, but I have these systems on two of my trucks with Summit turbo mufflers. By far the least expensive route, and I've had good luck with them.

If you do have to pass a smog inspection these will systems are NOT for you, otherwise, they do pretty well.
