Pretty easy I think. Once you have the panel out of the truck, use a 1/4 inch socket and take it all apart. You'll need a 5/16 socke for the fuel guage and amp guage. Once you get it taken apart, you'll see the funkey green crap. Paint it all. Just make sure to tape off the hole openings. If you look, you'll see it is bent over, you can see that when the assembly is put together.
I have a couple taken apard at the momen. If you like, i can get some pics and post them, but it won't be untill tomorow evening. I'm fixin to head home right now and won't be back on till tomorow night.
