its not really UPS fault it would be the shipper for not packing it correctly. I use to work at UPS and trust me it is all about the numbers if you run the right channels they WILL replace it for you. as far as using ups or fedex they run the almost the EXACT same way But the only difference is with UPS the majority of the people are stock holders and they are extremely passionate about service. I use to see a TON of package handlers and loaders and unloaders fired for not caring about the packages. Just try it and you might be suprised good luck
