Like jlaird said, there is real powdercoating from a shop and then the mass produced stuff that I really don't consider powdercoating. My strong arms looked like yours when I got them. I wasn't too happy about it and knew they won't really do anything about how they look. Mine are all chipped now. For the price, you would think the coating would last longer.
