Re: HuggerCST's '70 SWB CST build

I tore it down and one thing led to another. The original engine was in great shape other than the heads. My brother in law owned a machine shop, so he helped me rework the engine. He bored it .020, turned the crank .010, and kept it original other than an RV cam. Since most everything was still there and so original under the hood, I decided to keep everything that way, other than HEI. I figured that I could always add some goodies later. I didn't go into detail on the frame and suspension, because I knew that it wouldn't stay that way if I drove it much, and I have a long dirt driveway. I cleaned it up, reworked the brakes, and repainted it. I also replaced the rockers and cab corners, then painted the cab inside and out. I couldn't find any pics of when I had the cab off.
