you confused me here. Why do you think the cab is mounted too high if there's just the right clearance trans-to-hump? Looking at the pictures with the motor mounted in the truck, it does look like the cab could use to be at least 6" lower, but I guess that would mean reworking the dog-house? And maybe even some channeling would be needed?
