I have had good luck with the sears here. I have never been told that I couldnt exchange anything. It seems the quality of their tools have went down. I seem to break more of them here in the last 5 years. I have never heard of having to take in a complete set before. I would have done the same thing. Dumped them and said...there you go..individual sockets. Some of these guys can be a$$holes. One of the other sears I went too a long time ago gave me some crap about something and I got a manager and I got my way...and the guy got a boot in the butt and he was fired for not satisfying a customer.
