Yes, the 350 was available with lock up converter, it takes a power feed routed thru the brake pedal and if I remember the rest is in the trans. Be aware these are different than 'regular' 350's and the TCC (torque converter clutch) will not like high HP or monster torque. But for a basically stock DD driven over 45mph or so they will help your mileage ~5%
