with my ls1/street and perf. air filter/ and shorty but fatty rad. and fan shroud I had to build a custom core support to give me enough clearance in the front to clear basically the stock firewall in the back of the engine. my custom rad. support drops the rad about 4-5 inches from stock and moves it forward by about 3.
since your firewall is recessed quite a bit I'd say your fine.
