You probably did what I should have done, but my tool arsenal is limited. I just used (most) of the pre-cut holes and slid the notches back about an inch. The axle actually fits in the notches better. When aired out, the axle would have hit the back side of the notch, not the top. But you can see in the pics that the extra inch probably would have made the notch come much closer to matching the frame. I had to cut off some of the DS notch for the panhard bar mount. I then had to drill a couple of mounting holes in the rear for that side. The front side of the PS notch also had to have a hole redrilled, but all of the others lined up. Basically, a big PITA for something that is supposed to be "bolt-on."
But who's to say that yours won't fit better, Lolife99. They could differ batch to batch I bet.
