Yeah, it is pretty up there!
That baby Elk appeared to be really sick. This was the first place I shut the truck off to watch the Elk only to find the fuel pump was hot and would only cavitate the fuel when I tried to restart it. We were stuck next to the little elk for about 20 minutes while the pump cooled off.
The poor little guy laid down in the mud puddle less than 4 feet from where I was laying under the truck wrapping the pump with a wet rag.
