I used 3/16 Marguard . They have been in there for two years now and are holding up pretty well . I used an Ididit electric kit and cut the old handle mech off of my old regulators (so my old window cranks are still there). For the switches I mounted the ones that came with the kit down between the seat and the trans tunnel so they are kinda hidden (and easy to reach when belted in). I still have the glass windshield . I have driven racecars with lexan windshields and just dont care for them . As far as the side windows go most people dont notice that they arent glass .
