I can't quite understand what they're trying to say... but the column ignition shouldn't be that big of a deal. If you want to use the stock ignition, then just remove the ignition switch/rod, and if your worried about the column ignition itself, then just dremel off the plastic and fill where it was. (I just left mine... wasn't a big deal to me... I just took off the rod and switch)
