I think you'd need some massive amounts of traction, and moreso, move as much weight rearward as possible...or just lighten the front...
You'd be looking at fuel cell in/under the bed, huge slicks, a fiberglass frontend, an aluminum block, heads, and radiator...
Oh, and lots of torque to go with those slicks.
