I am not sure of your skills, but a body swap for me is a very easy job. I am going to guess that you are doing a long box, so I would start with a 73 up chevy lb and get out the tape measure. As far as cab mounts go, it only metal. Set the body on, adjust it to where it looks right, make some measurements and make sure its square, level, centered and such, then build the cab mounts. I would use some high quality poly cab bushings.
