these lines can get "frozen" over time. have to remove nut from inside of frame rail. the "bolt" is actually a square fit on the frame.
this will remove the entire brake line from the frame. also, try using "Liquid Wrench". let it soak in and tap the metal a few times. Then try to remove the nut again. hope this helps!
