Well it's been a while on this post, but I decided last year to pass on this truck. Hmmmm, guess what, it came back up forsale and now was $6500.
Yes it is now mine for a nice round sum of $5000 and after having it for a week and crawling all over it I can tell you it is a absolutely rust free truck with just minor, (well sort of), issues to take care of such as a steady bearing, one arm on the rearend to replace, has original ball joints and needs door panels and the seat recovered. Already put on a couple hundred miles on it and it seems to run great, and I'm pretty sure the 350 motor and T400 tranny are quite fresh.
Me think it was a great deal.....
