Well time for an update. I am making myself a deadline. Before the weekend is over I am driving my truck around the block. I have fixed the distributor problem, after several less than helpful to tech support the proble was the coil.
This week I began to bleed the brakes and I got a defective master cylinder. I have to give acclolades for priratejack.com for their great customer service. I told them I thought I had a defective MC and and explained the problem and they had a new MC to me in two days.
My plans for the weekend are, install the MC and bleed the brakes. Install the power steering pump lines. Set up the 700R4, fill the torque converter with oil. Clean the tires and wheels. Drive it around the block.
I took some pictures tonight but don't have the correct cord. I will post them tomorrow.
