Drill just under thread bore and peel it out if you can`t just put pressure on it and back it out.Try a c-clamp on the back.You may need to make a wood block with a hole to seat on the bolt to keep the clamp on since it will be cocked and turning will make it want to slip off,even if you did get it to stay when still.You may be hunting another backing plate if those threads are the culprit.
