I *THINK* the small dog dish caps that came on 3rd gen Novas might fit. They were chrome, perfectly smooth, and had a bow tie stamped in the center.
i bought a set one time years ago, oly to find they wouldn't fit an 8 lug wheel. Got p!ssed and threw them away.
