SmartFTP is a really nice FTP program that I have been using for several months, and it is FREE.

I agree that FrontPage sucks. It creates bloated coat that often only looks right when viewed in Internet Explorer. I have dropped it and gone to DreamWeaver. If you have DreamWeaver, they have some nice templates for it here:
