I put my truck together w/ a used rebuilt trans that I knew worked; a TH375 from a 73 Caprice. It never worked good w/ the new engine. I changed the carb from a 600 to a 500 last winter and ever since it has worked perfectly! I thought it was a vacuum thing w/ the trans, maybe... still leaks great though
