Depending on how much you plan to put in it and how often you would use it and abuse it... I'd suggest running a pair of 8 to 10 ply commercial duty tires. Load range C at least. They will be hard but they will resist punctures better and last a long time. 40 bucks huh? I never run across deals like that.
