Kruzer69, here's a pic of the parts I'm looking for. Threaded collar and retaining washer.

Yukon, good idea, I probably should have someone look it over before putting it back together. I didn't have any problems getting the top plate off and everything seems to be in fine shape, never hurts to get an expert opinion on things though.
