Well the stuff I recommend is an actual ppg dye that you can get from a local car paint place. They mix it up in the exact color you want that you can pick out of a huge catalog by year of vehicle. I think it withstands abuse better than rattle cans, but there are some rattle cans that are pretty good. If sticking with rattle can, spend the extra couple of bucks and get SEM vinyl dye. It's superior to any other type of rattle can vinyl dye. SEM will be somewhere between 10-15 bucks a can if I remember right. The ppg will be atleast double that and you will need a paint gun for it.
