I helped a friend apply POR15 to his '50 CJ3A frame off "restoration" and used the degreaser and the etch. It worked well. It must be painted over afterwards to prevent UV damage. It will REALLY get into your skin though and takes forever to get worn off, so be careful. Used truck bed liner as the topcoat in the interior, and a gloss black on the frame and underside. The moisture thing is really more about the can. If you get a drop of water into the can, I guess it freaks out and hardens up. Used a paintbrush, as it is supposed to be REALLY messy to spray. It is self leveling.
