There is no cruise or cruise switches on vehicle. Idle definatly increases when I push brakes, I'm thinking its sending air back through the vaccume line into the intake making a lean condition which would make it idle speed up. If I hold my foot on brake its a steady air leek, not just a burst and its done.

Someone here's curiousity has gotten to get the best of them and have taken one apart.

I painted it with urethane enamel and have since ran out, which is why I don't want to buy a new one that has dull cheap paint on it.
