I wouldn't be interested in helping on this one. The correct text on a fairly expensive label wouldn't be very practical in your situation. A better option for you would be to make one using the excel spreadsheet that is floating around here somewhere, or buy a blank label from one of the board vendors and type it up with a typewriter. You could do either of those yourself at a very low cost and who cares if the label doesn't look original when non original options are on it?
