So are you planning on starting from scratch or just throwing parts at what you've got? Unless you start that truck on a diet, you're going to need 475+hp to get that sled into the mid 12's. A cam with duration in the 230's, headers/exhaust, bigger stall converter and rear gears along with a 100 shot should about get you there. If you're starting over, go 383 for sure. The suspension suggestions above will also be required to get you out of the hole and lower that 60' time.
