If it's the door jam weatherstripping that's causing the problem, you need to re-adjust those doors or the striker plate.

Mine were the same way when I installed new rubber but after a week of slamming doors, I decided to try another adjustment.

I found my problem was in the stiker adjustment. After I moved it out a bit, the doors worked perfectly.

You probably have too much outward pressure from the rubber and that makes the door buttons hard to push to open the door.
