If the 4x4 headers will clear the 2x crossmember, they should have more ground clearance. I have a set I pulled off my Jimmy. The little flange for the bolt on collector leaked, so they will need to have slip on collectors or be welded to the pipes. They are Heddmans and clear the manual trans linkage. I'll take $40 plus shipping for them. Also, it looks like a set of 68-82 Corvette headers will work well in these trucks and provide tons of ground clearance.
