OK, let's have fun with math.
Measure a front fender, a door, and a bed side. The ratios will come out to be alomost exactly multiples of 1/2.
So to make the extended cab look "right" it should also be a multiple of 1/2.
And these are BIG trucks, they want to taper front to back.
So: The green one needs just a little more window. The blue one has too much window plus the stepside looks odd. The white 2wd is too small and add (might look OK if it's a short bed, but need it to stop hiding behind the tree). The red dually has the right proportions with the added section but is too cluttered and the addition is odd looking. The white 4wd looks wrong because of the no glass look. The orange one has the cab right but really needs more bed and tire.
So take a dually bed and tires from the green, the cab from the orange, and the white paint and pinstripe from the 2wd, and...
One of you photoshop guys chime in here.....
To build it, take a 4 door dually and take 1/2 out of the rear door.
