Post S-10 door glass

I have been fighting with this door for hours and i can't figure out how the stinking widows come out of the doors.....I know, i can always use a brick, but glueing the glass back together is a royal *****!

Please, some one point me in the right direction.

the window channels are spot welded to the doors, so i can't unbolt them

HELP!!!!

thanks
David
