Look at the difference in the D pillar (sheet metal behind the window) on the orance to the new white one. The orange truck has the same amoutn of metal all the way around, the white on has a bigger pillar that looks "clunky".

I think Pyrotechnic hit it rignt, you really want to use 'door' sections not 'body' sections so the glass shape and inset flow with the front door.

If only I had a dually and didn't have 7 projects already...
