Re: Motor Mount Question 73-87 X-Member on 69 frame
My project is located in the east Texas Piney Woods part of Texas. I am now using the AT&T Web Connect internet service. I very seldom get a good signal there to check the board, I bought one of those signal boosters but it did not help on the last trip. I am back in civilization now where I can use the internet. I bolted my cross member back on. The holes on top of the frame line up with the 73 era motor mount brackets. The holes on the x-member it's self do not line up, when the brackets are bolted down on the holes on top of the frame. When I return to East Texas, I am going to pull the motor out of a 88 1/2 ton to make sure I get the right line up. I will need to drill on top of the frrame or on the x-member
