It does look as though you have drop spindles already (the distance between your lower A-arm & your wheel is very close)
It looks to me like your bags are compressed all the way, so trimming the cups would help some
Other than that you will need to mod your lower A-arms
My truck with modded A-arms & no drop spindles, with something around 26 or 27" tall tires
Here is my truck, same set up but with 2-1/2" drop spindles
No real difference at dump other than less camber
If your bags dont compress all the way then your ball joints are binding & without the weight of a engine it wont go down any further
Also here is the same set up under one of my other trucks but with 26" tall tires
