Not to wade off in the middle of this, but a 2 inch pocket on a lower control arm is not going to get you 4-5 inches of additional drop. I have Suicide Door lower cups cut down to 1 1/2" thick in STOCK lower a arms and I can get my crossmember within a half inch or so of where spray bomb's is.

I agree with Spray Bomb's statement that you've got something binding that is preventing it from dropping more.

I honestly believe you may have other issues to address before modding your lower a arms.
