a ghost car is a cop car but looks like a regualar lincon towncar or wahtever...but it still ahs hidden lights and sirens, yeah i dont know why he was let out either, probably cause he is so stupid, and he did all this stuff sober and wasnt high or anything..he said it didnt help listening to system of a down
