thirdstreet may be right, but since there is 3 seperate hole, I would think it's for a spotlight. you will have 2 smaller holes for mounting bracket, then 1 larger central hole for the spotlight control tube.

if the larger hole is completely through the "A" pillar, I'm betting it's for a spotlight.

so find yourself a spotlight assembly and 1. cover up the hole that's allowing water to enter, and 2. have some tasty chrome hanging there!
