They better cover it under warranty. Not sure how the rules are in Canada but unless they can prove that the changes you made warped your heads then they have to cover it. I can't see those minor changes warping your heads.
Never heard a magna flow on an escalade. But magna flow usually have a nice deep tone and should sound real nice on a stock motor. Not obnoxious load like a flowmaster, more of a growl.
