I'm pretty sure they are, they haven't said anything obout it not being covered and didn't say anything when I asked about the bolt upgrade, just that they would only install factory bolts. I didn't push the issue and took it as they were doing it under warrenty and would only use stock parts so I'd have future warrenty.
