Hooker comps here too. 2500+ miles. Only changed gaskets once (last weekend), and they fit perfect. Used ceramic header paint, 1/4 of which has flaked off now. Auto trans here tho.

You only need two tools in life - WD-40 and Duct Tape. If it doesn't move and should, use the WD-40. If it shouldn't move and does, use the duct tape.
If a hammer doesn't fix it, you have an electrical problem!
