I used the 98 Silverado belts to match my seat. I put the bosses in when I did the big window conversion. You can see the hole where the shoulder harness mounts in the the pic. The recoil unit mounts just behind the door pillar. The other option you have is to purchase a newer Silverado seat that has the belts built into the seat.
